Irish Permanent to open branch in Blackrock

Irish Permanent is to open a new branch office in the former Galaxy Lighting store at Rock Hill, Blackrock, Co Dublin. The building society paid in the region of £40,000 for the leasehold interest in the premises, which has 1,730 sq ft at street level and a basement of 800 sq ft. The rent of £38,000 is currently under review. Hamilton Osborne King advised Galaxy Lighting.
