Green Building office to sell for £900,000-plus

A freehold office suite of 2,310 sq ft at the Green Building in Dublin's Temple Bar area is expected to sell for over £900,000 (€1,142,760) when it is sold by private treaty through Turley & Associates. The open-plan office space is at first floor level and is subject to an annual service charge of £10,000 (€12,700). The 1995 building has relatively low running costs for heating and lighting. There are two leasehold car-parking spaces available with the offices at a rent of £3,000 (€3,809) per annum but double rent allowances can be claimed.
