Georgian investment to make over £400,000

Another interesting Georgian investment has come on the market through Jones Lang Wootton. The well-presented house at 30 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2, has 3,440 sq ft of space which is occupied by a single tenant, accountants Coyle and Coyle, at a rent of £18,000. A rent review due in December, 1999, will be based on 80 per cent of the open market value. There is an enclosed landscaped garden at rear. The investment, which is likely to make more than £400,000, is to be sold by tender on June 18th.
