FASHION retailers Epic have paid a premium of £40,000 for a retail unit occupied by O'Connor jeans at St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre in Dublin. The 600-square-foot shop has a further 275 square feet at mezzanine level and is rented at £48,850 per annum. Epic has two other outlets in Dublin, one at the ILAC centre and the other at Liffey Street. Palmer McCormack advised the company on the latest acquisition.
