A redevelopment opportunity will shortly arise behind The Point Depot, in the Dublin Docklands, when Hamilton Osborne King sells by tender a modern industrial showrooms and offices with 16,634 sq ft on a site of almost half an acre at Upper Mayor Street. The agents are not providing a guideline price but a similarly sized site with buildings at the junction of Castle Forbes Road and Mayor Street was recently sold for £1.7 million. Stephen Cassidy of HOK said the property had both short-term and long-term development potential.
