Developer pays £1m-plus for 1.5-acre site

A DUBLIN property developer has paid in excess of £1 million for a site of 1.5 acres backing on to the grounds of St Brendan's Hospital at Grangegorman, Dublin 7. Douglas Newman Good handled the sale of the site which has 20,000 square feet of industrial buildings. They are occupied by J.R. Bailey and Print Services. The site, which has frontage on to Manor Street and Fingal Place, would suit an apartment or townhouse scheme.
