Clarification

In a report in the Property supplement last Thursday, February 12th, we said that Kenneth Denton, from Dublin, now living in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, had a portfolio of around 200 buildings listed under South Africa’s National Heritage Act that locals felt he was allowing to fall into disrepair.

A number of the 200 buildings he owns - those over 60-years-old - are protected by South African legislation but not listed.
