If you like the look of the super modern dining set in the showhouse at Highfield Lodge (see page 8) go to Des Kelly Interiors in Coolock, Dublin 13 (01 8481504). The Como dining set - costing €299 - includes four high-backed leather and chrome chairs and a matching glass-topped table with marble base.
The high-gloss fitted Italian Elva kitchen was made by Leo Reilly Woodcrafts in Donadea, Co Kildare (045 869293). Available in a range of colours, it has T-bar stainless steel handles, a high-gloss finish and a smart circular sink from Frankie called Rotundo. Expect to pay from €6,000 for a similar kitchen.
The chic bevelled black tiles are available from Waterhaus in Naas (045 430667). Called Sels Nero, they measure 7.5cm x 15cm and cost €70 per sq yd. The kitchen floor tiles are called Natrasene Avoro. They are no longer available at Waterhaus, but for something similar try its Blowing Breeze tiles, €40 per sq yd.
