Supermarket chain Centra has paid premiums of around £300,000 for two adjoining shops in the Ballast House office building overlooking O'Connell Bridge in Dublin. The two units have been trading as Abrakebabra and a record shop. They will give Centra around 1,200 sq ft of space at street level and similar accommodation in the basement. The company will be paying a rent of around £100,000 for the units. The deal was negotiated by Druker Fanning.
