SalesResults: Sherry FitzGerald has sold a lavishly refurbished house at 18 Elgin Road in Ballsbridge for a figure thought to be around €12.5 million.

The three-storey house, which had been gutted and renovated by property investor Fiona Healy, is being sold without a double mews site to the rear. It had been quietly on the market in the latter half of last year with the mews site included at €15 million. However, Ms Healy decided to hold on to the valuable mews site and has now been granted planning permission to build a 279sq m (3,000sq ft) house there.
