The last remaining house type in this release is a three-bedroom townhouse with 94 sq m (1,010 sq ft) which costs from €280,000.
It comes with a private back garden, bay window, the main bedroom en suite, a cobblelock driveway to the front and patio doors to the back garden.
Overlooking Finnstown Country House Hotel on the Newcastle Road, Hansted is convenient to Lucan village, the M50, a QBC into town, the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and a proposed railway station in the proposed new town at Adamstown in west Dublin.
Seven showhouses are on view this Saturday and Sunday, and all homes in this phase at Hansted have completion dates from January 2005 with the entire scheme due for completion within 18 months.
