£700,000-plus expected for Clanbrassil Street site

AN industrial building on a site of almost three-quarters of an acre at Clanbrassil Street, Dublin 8, is expected to make in excess of £700,000 when it is auctioned by Lisney on May 22nd. The premises have been greatly enhanced by a recent road widening scheme and have a road frontage of 220 square feet. Although the existing buildings on the site could be converted for use as a retail warehouse or wholesale distribution centre, Lisney expects the property will be of interest to housebuilders because of the number of apartment developments carried out in the area in the last four years.
