NAAS auctioneer Colm McEvoy is likely to secure between £800,000 and £1 million for 72 acres of land adjoining Kill village in Co Kildare when it goes to auction on November 19th. The planners are expected to allow a high density housing development on 16.5 acres of the land, which is zoned for residential use. The remainder of the land is zoned for agricultural use but it undoubtedly has development potential, according to the selling agent.
