15-year-old warehouse sells for £540,000

WHAT is possibly a record price for a 15-year-old warehouse building was achieved at auction by Lisney last week when they sold a 9,100-square-foot unit in Stillorgan Industrial Park in south Dublin for £540,000. The price equates to £60 per square foot, which, according to Eamonn Maguire of Lisney, is exactly what new industrial buildings are making along the Naas Road. Catering company Cater Hire was the successful bidder for the premises, which have been occupied up to now by Floor Coverings.
