Quick olive salsa

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp tapenade
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp chopped raisins
  • Small bunch chopped flat leaf parsley
  • Squeeze honey or agave syrup
  • 1-2 tsp sherry or balsamic vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together and chill until ready to serve. Give it a good mix and spoon onto each plate.
