Ms Elizabeth O'Neill, who was killed in a pipe-bomb attack on her home in Portadown last Saturday, was incorrectly referred to in a leading article in yesterday's editions as "a Catholic, married to a Protestant". In fact Ms O'Neill was a member of the Church of Ireland, married to a Catholic.
