Trinity Venture Capital has provided a £5 million fund for companies involved in electronic commerce and Internet activities. The company, part of the Reihill Venture Capital Group, said that it expected the number of online users in Ireland to increase from 180,000 to one million by 2005. Mr John Tracey, chief executive, said that Trinity planned to hold discussions with potential foreign investors. "Trinity's fund is open to new investors until December 1998," he said.
