AGREEMENT has been reached between the publishers of Buy and Sell magazine and Irish Auto Trader on the use of the name "Auto Trader" in Ireland. In return for an agreed payment, Buy and Sell has dropped its action in the Dublin High Court against Irish Auto Trader and has relinquished any claim over the Auto Trader name.
