Dundrum Town Centre co-owner Hammerson is in talks with planners about proposals to build 100 homes and possibly a hotel on a neighbouring site in the south Dublin suburb. Barry O’Halloran has the details.

Efforts by Hibernia Reit to lobby South Dublin County Council to rezone land it paid nearly €30 million for last year for residential development were rejected by the local authority. Jack Power reports.
