Interactive Enterprise, a Dublin-based provider of software for the telecoms industry, has signed a deal with Kabel Hessen GmbH & Co KG, one of Germany's largest broadband cable operators.

Kabel Hessen has entered into a multi-year agreement to deploy the Conexon product as its high-speed data, voice and interactive TV services provisioning and service activation platform.
