A MODERN four-storey building previously occupied by Dublin Institute of Technology at the corner of Capel Street and Loftus Lane in Dublin 2, is to be offered for sale or to let through new commercial agents Xavier McCaffrey.

The agent is quoting €2.2 million for the 2,114 sq m (22,753 sq ft) building and will also consider selling it in lots.

The building has been used for a mixture of offices, retail and industrial accommodation. The agent suggests that the building could suit a variety of occupiers including colleges, businesses, retailers, manufacturing companies and gym operators.
