The six development agencies in Ireland have signed a memorandum of understanding to improve the overall competitiveness of the two economies. The signing took place at UCD in Dublin yesterday at the third annual Benchmarking Conference for Growth and Competitiveness.

The agreement sets out the parameters of future co-operation between the agencies North and South in respect of benchmarking for competitiveness.
