Graduate positions

We have exciting opportunities for graduates from different disciplines to work across the commercial areas of The Irish Times Group. The two-year placement provides an opportunity to get involved in day-to-day operations, while developing a broad understanding of how the wider media organisation works. This is a unique opportunity to build experience and contribute to the business in a large dynamic media group. Successful candidates will gain hands on experience, interact with different areas of our business including Media Solutions, Newspaper Sales, Marketing and Digital Subscriptions to broaden and build skills as you start out in your career. The programme includes a rotation plan for all placements to provide an opportunity for graduates to build experience and relationships across different areas of the Group. As part of the Graduate Programme, you will gain experience working on strategic projects, social media, subscriber acquisition and retention, event planning, digital advertising and much more. You will be part of a team environment, collaborating with experienced colleagues and senior management. Entry level journalists

The Irish Times Group has entry-grade journalist opportunities working across digital and print, in our national news publishers The Irish Times and Irish Examiner and our regional titles, The Echo, Western People, Roscommon Herald, The Nationalist and Waterford News and Star.
