CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY-OFF S/F - Bristol City 2 (4) Crystal Palace 1 (2):EXTRA-TIME GOALS from Lee Trundle and Michael McIndoe sent Bristol City into the English Championship play-off final at Ashton Gate last night.

Ben Watson's first-half header had drawn Palace - who featured Irish players Clinton Morrison and Seán Scannell - level on aggregate but the Palace midfielder missed a penalty with 18 minutes left.

That forced extra-time, but Trundle's left-footed curling effort in the 104th and McIndoe's drilled free-kick five minutes later ensured City are still in the hunt for a place in the Premier League.

The other semi-final takes place tonight (Sky Sports 1, kick-off 7.45) with Hull City - who have a 2-0 first-leg lead - hosting Watford.
