The unrelated full back Owen Keane went over for the Dublin outfit's first try late in the first half. Conal Keane touched down for tries early and late in second half as the 10-6 interval lead was built on.
James Sherlock dived over the opposition's line and with Conal Keane adding the points, Skerries led by 22-9. Simon Hyde raised Wilson's hopes with a fine individual try and Colm Finlay converted. The Westmeath school needed a converted try but instead it was Skerries who added seven more points from Conal Keane.
