THE WBO super middleweight world champion, Steve Collins, has parted company with hypnotist Tony Quinn the man who was given enormous credit for the Dubliner's two title successes over Chris Eubank.

Eubank admitted that he was "spooked" by the mental strength of Collins when he lost his world title and unbeaten record at Millstreet, Co Cork, a year ago.

But Collins will not be playing mind games when he returns to Millstreet on March 9th for his third defence, against British middleweight champion Neville Brown.

Quinn explained "Steve wants to maximise his earnings and is not prepared to pay me to do his next defence against Neville Brown.

"I really enjoyed working with Steve and, ideally, I would like to work on all his fights. But Steve feels he doesn't need me for this one because it's not as big a challenge."
