Carlow 1-13 Dublin Fingal 1-10:A 70th-minute goal from substitute Craig Doyle turned this Kehoe Cup SH tie Carlow's way at the Fingallians club in Dublin yesterday, in a match where Dublin Fingal made their debut at inter-county level.
A 13th-minute goal from full forward Cian O'Mahony helped Dublin to a 1-6 to 0-4 interval lead. Karl English's accuracy from placed balls and two quick points from Richard Coady edged Carlow 0-11 to 1-7 in front. But points from Conor Henry twice drew the sides level before Fingal were undone by Doyle's late goal.
