CAR crash victim Robert Allenby could be spared a one-shot trip to the Volvo Masters at Valderrama in two weeks' time.

The Australian, third in the European Order of Merit, fractured his sternum a fortnight ago but was prepared to tee off with a putter in the last event of the domestic season in order to collect a £73.000 bonus for his year's work.
