Sir, - The caption beneath the main photograph on your Arts page of February 27th refers to "a flamenco dance on the set of the film West Side Story". There was no flamenco dancing in West Side Story. The ethnic choreography was Latin-American based.
Furthermore, the photograph cannot be from the set of that film. The central figure is Gene Kelly, and he had nothing to do with the dance sequences in West Side Story. It was choreographed by Jerome Robbins. - Yours, etc.,
