Sir, - The Irish Times has now published three full-page ads for the enormous Spencer Dock Development, a project which has attracted unanimous opposition from residents' and environmental groups.
It is proving difficult to get across the sense of outrage felt by Docklands communities at the onslaught of high-rise applications afflicting their areas. Principles of democracy and ethics suggest that perhaps The Irish Times at least, which is guided by the terms of a benevolent trust, should develop a way of affording community and amenity groups a right of reply - on a suitably large scale - in cases like this. - Yours, etc.,
