Sir, - With our Government delegation about to leave for Johannesburg and the Earth Summit, I wonder what damage they have done to our possible influence for good by the recent reduction in our contribution to foreign aid.
We have recently been classified as the fourth richest country in the world. With, particularly, our history of being exploited we could have taken a more generous, and, dare I say it, Christian, position. - Yours, etc.,
