Sir, - As a regular passenger on the DART, I am writing to complain about the number of people who put their feet on the seats.
Motorists have become accustomed to paying for car parking because the penalty of clamping is a significant deterrent. I wonder if something similar could be introduced for the problem of feet on seats?
I for one do not like to sit on a seat that someone has had their feet on before I sat down, and I am sure that no-one else does either. - Yours, etc.,
