Eugene McCabe in a letter published on March 29th referred to a “ghost story” by Eileen Battersby, Literary Correspondent as a work of fiction. It was actually reportage.
An item in last Thursday’s Property supplement, concerning Curtain and Gift Traders of Blackrock, Co Dublin, said that the business is closing down and may have suggested that it is going out of business. In fact, the owners are retiring and the business is for sale.
