Due to a transmission error, all the figures in yesterday's report headed "Ireland is close to agreeing definite timetable for overseas development aid" were designated as euros, instead of pounds.
Dr Terry Walsh became chief medical consultant of the Blood Transfusion Service Board in January 1988, not 1987 as stated in yesterday's analysis of the Haemophilia tribunal.
The report headed "Toxicology report may show how four died in Leixlip" in the editions of July 13th, said the owner of the house in which four women died had rented it to the Eastern Regional Health Authority. A spokeswoman states that the ERHA does not rent houses for clients, that in this case the tenants received a rent supplement from the South Western Area Health Board.
