A 29-year-old woman has died following a road crash in Co Kilkenny.
She has been named as Marie Murphy from Whitecastle, Knocktopher, Co Kilkenny.
Gardai at Goresbridge are investigating the single vehicle incident which happened at Stangs, Gowran shortly before 6pm on Friday.
Ms Murphy was seriously injured when the car she was driving went out of control and struck a wall. She was taken to St Luke’s Hospital, where she died a short time later.
