High Court proceedings are to be instigated against a woman who has failed on numerous occasions to attend and give evidence at her husband's inquest, despite being summoned to do so, Dublin City Coroner's Court heard yesterday.

Ms Linda Lee attended the first hearing of the inquest into the death of her husband, Mr Gerard Lee, of Seabury Park, Malahide, but said she wished to change her desposition and declined to sign a copy of it. She has failed to attend subsequent listed hearings.
