JOHANNESBURG A former whites only school in Potgietersrus that was forced to admit blacks has suspended plans to fight the decision through South Africa's highest court, court officials said yesterday.
"There's a formal withdrawal before the judges. The case will not proceed," the Constitutional Court registrar, Mr Martie Nienhaber, said.
