Residents of Newcastle in south Co Dublin may be without water today because of roadworks at the Rathcoole interchange. Newcastle village, College Lane, Aylmer Road and parts of Peamount Road will have reduction in pressure and possibly complete loss of water between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., according to the county council.
