The two men who were killed in a car crash yesterday that left their wives in serious condition in hospital have been named.
William McGrillis (81) from Carrickfergus and Robert McConaghie (53) from Ballymoney were both killed when their cars crashed head-on.
The accident happened on the Frosses Road between Ballymena and Ballymoney yesterday afternoon. One of the vehicles ended up in a field.
The road was closed for around three hours following the collision

A PSNI spokesman said the two men’s wives were brought to hospital where they are now in a stable condition.
