Two men were today being questioned about dissident republican activity following police searches in south and west Belfast.
Yesterday's operation came after two other men, arrested by police targeting dissidents on Wednesday, were released without charge.
Searches were carried out in the Enniskillen and Irvinestown areas of County Fermanagh and Drumquin in County Tyrone.
Some items were seized for examination.
