Two men are in custody this morning after gardaí seized a revolver and ammunition during a raid on a house in north Dublin.
The search of the property on Cardiffsbridge Road, Finglas was carried out as part of Operation Archer, set up a month ago to tackle organised crime in the area.
The men, aged in their 40s, are being held at Finglas and Blanchardstown Garda stations under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
