Paris - Two new cases of the mad cow disease have been found in western France and the herd in both cases - one near Angers and the other near Saint Malo - was destroyed, the farm ministry said yesterday. Five cases of the bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) have been reported in France this year.
