Two men have been injured in what the Police Service of Northern Ireland has called paramilitary-style violence overnight in Northern Ireland.

A man (20) from west Belfast was abducted from his home by three men shortly after 7 p.m. last night and shot in both ankles.

In the Donegal Road area of the city, a man (34) was shot in the thigh by a masked man after he answered the door to his Cityway home.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
