Traffic restrictions will be imposed around Dublin’s city centre today to accommodate the annual Dublin Women’s Mini Marathon.

Restrictions will be in place between 2.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. around the St Stephen's Green area and Fitzwilliam Street. There will also be restrictions in Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, Stillorgan and Blackrock.

Approximately 30,000 women are expected to take part in the event which will cover 10 kilometres and raise up to £4 million for various charities.
