Manchester United and Arsenal have until Friday to schedule a date for their Premiership fixture at Old Trafford next month.

The Premier League board will decide on a date should both clubs fail to reach an agreement.

The game was originally fixed for Wednesday, May 8th but United want the match brought forward 24 hours to help with preparations for the Champions League final on May 15th, should they beat Bayer Leverkusen in the semi-finals.

Arsenal have refused to accommodate that switch, however, because they play Chelsea in the FA Cup final, in Cardiff, on May 4th.
