Three men were arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act following an armed robbery at a building society in Drumcondra, Dublin, yesterday afternoon. Two men entered the premises at Lower Drumcondra Road at about 2 p.m. and threatened staff with a firearm, a Garda spokesman said. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken.
Following a Garda search of the area, three men were arrested. The money was recovered.
