TEAM Aer Lingus cannnot be sold without the agreement of workers and a buyer will not be presented to them as a "fait accompli", the Minister for Public Enterprise said last night.

Ms O'Rourke was responding in the Dail to questions from Labour's spokesman on public enterprise, Mr Emmet Stagg. She said that the management at Aer Lingus was "dealing with" the proposal of one of three companies which had declared an interest in TEAM. She was being fully briefed on this process, she added. She would not name the company for legal reasons.
