A stun gun was used on a man and his 12-year-old son during a robbery in Larne.

A stun gun was used on a man and his 12-year-old son during a robbery in Larne.

The man's wife and three other children, aged 11, nine and two, were in the family's mobile home at Ballytober Road when masked men burst in.

The family were held at gunpoint while the robbers demanded cash.

The father was pistol-whipped before the robbers escaped with a sum of money.
