Brussels - European Commissioner Mr Manuel Marin, who will join an EU mission to Algeria next week, said yesterday he was convinced the Algerian government had no involvement in a wave of massacres in the country.
"My personal feeling is there is no involvement at all on the part of the government vis-a-vis what is happening; no responsibility at all," Mr Marin told a news conference.
