A number of special trains and buses will be laid on for the Trip to Tipp concert in Thurles and for the All Ireland football semi-final in Croke Park. Special buses will leave Busaras for the Semple Stadium concert between 9.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. tomorrow. The buses will return one hour after the concert. Bus Eireann advises advance booking.
Iarnrod Eireann is operating a fleet of special trains for Thurles which will depart from Dublin between 9 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. Trains will return from Thurles that night. Special trains for the concert will run from Cork and Limerick. Again, pre-booking is strongly recommended.
Gardai have said traffic restrictions will operate between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. at Drumcondra Road Lower, the North Circular Road and Ballybough Road for the Kerry-Cavan match in Croke Park. Any vehicles parked illegally near the stadium will be towed.
